Sea bass baked with lime and jalapeño or spicy salsa. Steamed broccoli. 1 cup steamed lobster meat with a little cocktail sauce. More steamed veggies.

Well, just in case I ever get pregnant again, it makes sense to banish them to the attic. So far I've only backslid one size and then sent them right back up to the attic. But I don't ever want to have to BUY that size again.

It's a tie...when I was really struggling with my weight and breast size, I overheard a friend tell my boyfriend that they were "fun for the whole family" And then after my son was born, my husband wanted to go to the gym because he was "fat"....he weighed... XXX lbs! And it was less than I weighed at the time.

I've been on it since July 18, 2011 and have lost 40 lbs. I think I'll probably be on it until I lose another 15 lbs or so, whenever that may be. The weight loss has slowed as I get closer to my goal weight. Then I WILL do maintenance and keep it off. If only so that I can post on the forums that all of the 'experts' there…

Thanks guys! Also, after I lost 30 lbs, my foot felt much better, so I could bike and walk even more. I think it's so important to support people and be supportive. What we are trying to do is hard! Without MFP friends I would never have made it back into a size 10. And now I believe that I can do it.

I have gone back on medifast after falling off plan a few times. It just flat out sucks. But I swear,if you can make it past the first week, it just becomes not that big a deal.
