Hey! I lost 30 lbs before joining this site, and then stalled. I thought I would never lose any more weight, but my friends here have kept me motivated and I have lost another 30. I have 30 to go...but the support here is awesome. We can all help each other.

Just did session #10. I was surprised that even though I was sore, i seemed to be able to do all of the exercises except the teaser. My lower back feels like I pulled it a bit. Hopefully it is just temporary.

Take out a tape measure and see how you do with that for 2 weeks. You are doing so well, and have stalled out just like me. I am not looking at the scale but motivating with workout goals and massage for the next 2 weeks to see if I can make any progress. something has gotta give, right?

I weigh myself everyday (though I have to admit when I am being bad, I tend to skip it when I am "off the diet". But then make myself start back up again. I se an app called target weight. Interestingly, I guess there are high ketones at night when I sleep - so that is why I'm driving my husband to face the wall in despair. (Seriously, this is how I found out about the dragon breath.) I'm now waking up in the middle of the night and using mouthwash.
