I've done both and been success. I like MFP b/c its free. I couldn't afford to pay for WW anymore. MFP has made me pay more attention to what I eat. I know you can do it. Both programs take work and dedication.

Well I weigh myself 2/3 times a week but I only record it every 5 days in the nude after using the bathroom of course- LOL

I'm going to measure tonight and I'm starting tomorrow. I so need tone up. I will continue get my regular cardio exercise 4 times a week.

Glad you want to drop the weight for yourself. Stay positive and use his negative comments as motivation to be a better you. I would never tell someone to leave their husband/wife but I will say always know your worth the best and DEMAND it.

Maybe people have changed b/c my gym was dang near empty. I was totally shocked this morning. I haven't been in the evening but I'll check it out soon.

I workout anytime I feel like it. I say as long as you get it in and go hard the time doesn't matter.

I started at a size 24W in 2010. I thank God I was able to find WW & Myfitnesspal and get great pals to help me. I'm down to a 14/16 and still striving to see that 10/ 12. You can do it.

I think some people totally missed what the OP was saying. I didn't get throw the scale out the window from this post. I got that even if the numbers on the scale don't have my magic number it's more about how I look and feel. Some pals get some obsessed with the scale they don't know how to be proud of their success.

Well I think it depends on the person. I've seen way too many kids/ young adults that are obese. Then you have the normal kids who don't want to be fat to they'll do anything to be thin. It has to start in your mind. You didn't gain all the weight over night or within a few weeks and you won't drop it that fast either. netting 800 calories is not enough when you're only 115 lbs. please eat more but make good choices. hope this helps
