Everyone has good ideas. I also like freezing Yoplait yogurt whips, they come in yummy flavors, and it's like eating a frozen treat, but healthier. Have fun enjoying everyone's ideas.

LOVE, LOVE Moe's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's about 2hrs away from me, but that is always where I want to eat when in the area. LOVE IT! You can make it healthy (or not), great for the entire family.

fiber one cereal, turkey sausage, egg whites, yogurt.... foods high in protein will keep you feeling full.

I just got a couple kettlebells, the kettle bell swing is a good cardio workout , if you do nothing else with it. Watched a few youtube videos and went to swinging. Good luck!

Yogurt and cottage cheese(fat free) are full of protein which helps you feel full. Good Luck!

I like mine room temperature. I fill my large Camelbak and then drink 8oz @ a time without an "ice" headache. I find I drink more this way, but everyone is different. I would do what you prefer.

Protein!!! Your body needs protein after a workout. I have a protien bar, yogurt, or something high in protein within 30 minutes of a workout, cardio or strength.

I find some yogurts will satisfy my sweet tooth, also there are good, low calorie options in the frozen treats section of food stores. I can not give up my jelly bellies, or sweedish fish, but I cut back and it's true that the less sugar you have, your body seems to adjust and the cravings are less. I have to do sweets in…
