YES! I also make a menu for the week - so I can see where I will be eating out or having "high calorie risks". I then work out extra hard to try to make up for whatever social events are planned during the weekdays/weekends. I would love to see what your "menu" consists of. GOOD LUCK! I actually ran my first 5K last weekend. I am slow - but slow and steady wins the race. My goal was under 36 minutes and I made it in at 35:40. Your pace is great! The cheering crowd will get you through the rough spots.
