  • ^ This. The grease, even residual after letting it drain good does not mix well with some things you put the ground beef in. Always have and always will. Any kind of meat that is browned gets rinsed, with the exception of ground venison because it is so lean sometimes I have to add EVOO or coconut oil to it so it doesn't…
  • In! Add meh if ya doin it too!
  • Hubby and I catch dinner at Taco Bell every Wed night. I order the same foods, just in less quantities. IIFYM!!!
  • Perhaps consider slowing your pace. You might be running/jogging too fast and it takes too much out of you.
  • Personally... I'm wondering where her husband is in all of this??? She seems to do a LOT with other guys but doesn't involve her husband... Even in the event he's like deployed or an over-the-road driver or something like that, she seems to do a lot more with men than makes me comfortable. Leads me to think she might want…
  • AWESOME!!! WTG!!!!!!
  • Amazing and inspiring!!! You GO girl!
  • Bacon. What makes a King out of a slave? Bacon. What makes the flag on the mast to wave? Bacon. What makes the elephant charge his tusk in the misty mist or the dusky dusk? What makes the muskrat guard his musk? Bacon. What makes the Sphinx the 7th Wonder? Bacon. What makes the dawn come up like THUNDER?! Bacon. What makes…
  • Bagels?!?! We don't need no stinkin bagels!!!
  • Behold! The Power of CHEESE!!!!!

  • Hmm... so its ok to go out all sweaty and mussed from your workout but not ok to have panty lines? Sorry, that doesnt make any sense .... that is, assuming you get sweaty and mussed at the gym..... :indifferent:
  • I'm sure many will disagree but these are the WORST! EVER!!!! Oh... and Fat Free or Low Fat Mayo..... BLECHHHH!!!!! :noway:
  • Great info ladies, thank you for sharing and thanks to Cat for posting the question. I struggle with protein as well sometimes, even though I'm not trying to reach 100g+ a day yet.

  • THANK YOU!! Through your post I found this: http://homemadestrength.blogspot.com/2011/04/more-than-just-squat-stands.html I could make this myself and it is totally mobile so when I'm done I can dismantle the bar and put the weights and the squat "stands" back in the corner of the garage out of the way!! I still may have…
  • Yes, my husband says it is doable. If grounded to studs in the wall, there should be no problem holding the weight.
  • If you are drinking that much water and only 1 can of coke zero a day, I wouldnt worry about it. As someone else said, the plateau is probably coincidental - we all have/will hit at least 1 plateau on our journey, regardless of what we eat or drink.
  • all kinds of workout videos out there. Just a small word of advice tho in regards to "something quiet". Dont tip-toe around when the baby is sleeping and get the baby used to complete quiet when he or she is sleeping. You are better off getting the baby used to sleeping when there is more noise then less. JMHO
  • If I were in your shoes I know I would be sooooooo tempted to post a picture of you nestled tight in your BF's arms with a big grin on your face with a caption "He's with ME now". But that would be stooping to her level but I do hope the idea at least puts a smile on your face  :flowerforyou:

  • I love being "old fashioned". My husband opens doors for me and stuff but I really love that when we go out to dinner, we decide what we want and then when the waitress comes, he orders for me. Even if we don't discuss the incidentals like salad dressing or sauces or what i want to drink, he knows me well enough that he…
  • ^^This. I am a believer but what these people did was wrong. The article mentions the church that they go to and the website for the church has a sermon/article about healing and God. No-where in scripture does it say that we cannot seek aid from doctors. God works through people. We are just not to depend ONLY on doctors.…
  • Jess, He is not as committed to the relationship as you might be, nor will he ever. When I read this statement, I could tell that there is more to this situation than he is telling: If he was completely devoted to you and loved you as much as he says he does, he wouldnt be checking out ANY OTHER CHICKS~!!! He is NOT the…

  • Ruger LCP is a nice, VERY compact gun, but unless you shoot it often enough to be used to the VERY LONG trigger pull, its a bit awkward to get used to and be accurate. I traded up to a SR9C. But of course, just the muzzle alone pointed into someone's face should be enough to cause them to think twice about doing anything…
