Or a tank wearing healing armor!

^^This is what I do also. I really like most of her videos and its a quick workout at home. The more you put into it the better burn you have. The 5 mile one I have she bumps up the intensity of the last 2 minutes of each mile which is nice and I will often do that in the other videos. I usually get a good sweat on with…

I'm in. I will be trying this with some type of weighted bar this time.

Not true. I took in a stray, had him declawed because he scratched up everything in the house. He continued to be an indoor/outdoor cat, mostly outdoors. He would catch and eat ANYTHING! I watched him in the backyard actually snatch a robin out of the air as it flew in low over him. He was awesome! ... tell me they gotta…

I'll start by saying I love my pets. However, your HUMAN family needs must come first. Declaw or get rid of it. There is nothing wrong with declawing a cat. I've had several over the years and declawed only the ones that scratched a lot. When they played or fought with each other, they still used their paws in defense. If…

Why must people continue to divide by color or race. We are one race... HUMAN!!!!!

Gotta give yourself a view. If you are looking at a garage wall or garage door the whole time, yes you are gonna get board. Put a TV somewhere you can watch it and play a movie or just watch whatever is on.

Fiber is important to weight loss, which results in a more regular pooping cycle. My suggestion is to monitor your fiber as well as your main macros. You can add it to your Food Diary macros by going to your settings and choosing it in one of the drop downs under "Nutrients Tracked". Women should get a minimum of 18-25…

Your diary is closed. Perhaps instead of trying to lose weight (I am 5'5" and would give ANYTHING to be even 30lbs heavier than you are right now!) perhaps you should work on toning your muscles by doing some lifting. I think lifting weights would be much more beneficial to you than cardio because I think you would do…

I mean absolutely no offense by this... but you are vegetarian, you simply wouldn't understand.

BACON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Makes everything better!

Some of these have just been a little too difficult for me so I am just doing regular squats for them. It is still burnin my bum and I can feel a difference when I walk!

To help you figure out what to wear when running in all kinds of weather, please use this: http://www.whattoweartool.com/ VERY helpful tool Also, I use Active.com C25K app but there is also a C25K app that might be more appropriate for your training for that zombie run, called "Zombies, Run! 5k Training"

Quirky, Lt_Starbuck actually posted something that is very valid, if you havent seen her post yet. I see this kind of thing more often then not. I can see this as being construed as rudeness by a newbie.
-
Here is a valid point. Thank you for posting. I do see this kind of thing where some people respond with ridiculous, off the wall drivel like Dr Oz stuff. These people are just being a complete jerk in the first place. I see this quite often and what transpires is not helpful to the OP.
-
Then you must have a lot of time on your hands to read the forums. I have only seen a very small handful of posts in this manner that you speak of when the poster only wants responses from people "who've had experience". Most of the people with "experience" usually give the OP the info they need to hear.
-
Quirky, the thing that you are possibly not considering is how many of the posts with ^^ these type of statements are made by people that are actually making fun of other people's posts, but I dont see REAL posts in this manner. I see people posting, "I'm considering this, has anyone tried it? Your thoughts on it?" I do…

You are right. There is no standard anymore, everything is "relative" these days.
-
Not all new people know there is a search feature. And if the "old timers" are "fed up" seeing the same questions repeated time and time again, then why are they even bothering to respond in the first place?!?!?! Being "fed up" doesnt mean they have to respond. "Old timers" need to remember that they were once new here…

Original almond milk - 60 calories per cup and 1.5 times more calcium than regular cows milk. Corn chex or corn squares (aldi generic) is 110 calories per cup. 2 cups cereal and 1 cup almond milk for a very filling 280 calorie breakfast.

REAL mayo... low fat or fat free is just absolutely disgusting! AND they are much higher in sodium. I can exercise away a few extra calories, but I cant do anything about going over on sodium. Also gonna drop margarine and go back to real butter. Did you know that some margarines contain PLASTIC!?!?! Butter tastes better…

YES! I've sorta been feeling like my bum is a bit firmer. I have been LOVING this challenge!!! (and hating it at the same time  ) I never did take "before" pictures before we started, but I was trying to take some a couple days ago and my husband was like, "what on earth are you doing?" When I told him he thought I…

I did a total of 125 curtsy squats throughout the day. I was unable to do the rear leg lift because it had me too unbalanced.
