There was about 6 months between these two pictures. I'm happy I lost some of the weight, but I know I could have done more! Oh well, the pictures came out great and it was such a fun day! I's 5'2" and 180 when I started down to 160ish for the wedding.

I ordered my dress a size smaller. I cried all day trying to decide what to do, but I knew I could lose just one size by my wedding date. either my groom or I like cake, so we are doing a cheesecake bar. Our local supermarket makes the best cheesecakes and we are going to supply a bunch of different toppings. Ever since we decidied on this, I have been craving cheesecake lol!!!

Avoid fatty parts of the ribs and don't do any sauce. It's all about the smokey flavor after all! Also, try using a different mindset. Don't eat ribs to get full, just eat ribs for the flavor. Once you have tasted them, eat other foods to feel satisfied.
