Well that down at least! Mine is estimates at 29.9 and I haven't been pregnant in 11 years lol! Welcome back :)

@Shalynlink - I managed a 15 minute jog during my walk today on the street (uphill /flat/downhill) :) I think I could've done more but the grade on the return trip back to my house is about a 4 and halfway up I felt my kneecap start to slip so just walked it. I've taken your advice and stretched before during and after and…

I believe that's correct, I have some almost every day and that's how I do it :)

Funny NSV-SO I have these yoga/lounge pants and they have a little of a stretchy waist but also a string around the waist. I never paid much attention to the string cause I didn't need it to hold the pants up. This morning I had to tie the string to keep them up :) Yay my waist is shrinking - but I forgot that and almost…

Whoever "they" are, suck!! I'm like @maidengirl_ and still have drinks now and then. "Everything in moderation "-unknown. I tend to do a little of both. Bank a little through out the week and workout a little extra also, that way it's not too much of either ;)

Shaylink - do you have Aldi's? I'm sure other stores carry these...Greek yogurt and fruit protein bars...they also carry some bars called Indulgence that are like small candy bars (not mini size) but not full size either. Sooo good and at a reasonable calorie :) I've had a busy week also but am glad to report that as of…

Please don't put yourself in a position to become exhausted! Even with a easy pregnancy and birth there is still trauma to your body and it needs time to recover. Proper REST & NUTRITION with a slow build up in activity will get you where you want to be at. An injury while you're not at 100% will only set you back. P.S.…

My week 2 weigh in is tomorrow and I'm anxious...I'm hoping I won't be retaining water but as I'm one big ache from butt to ankle I'm not holding out much hope. :/

Hello right back! Have yourself a beautiful day! :)

Good for you!! :) I have a Bow flex and am thinking about selling it and moving to freeweights. Finances are tight and so is my available space so I can't have both.....

You're better than I am! I got on, but when I realized my fitbit wasn't giving me steps for it, I got right off!

LOVE my tape measure :*

No, I usually gain DURING my cycle. But that's just me. It could be a combo of PMS and sodium intake. Did you check that in micronutrients? I hate it when my scale shows fluctuations but I wouldn't stress it just yet, especially since you've been steadily loosing. Luck to ya!

Hi Gutbusters! Well, turns out I set my Goal for the month a little low. I tried the jogging thing yesterday, after walking a bit first to warm up and managed 10 minutes!! Color me surprised

Hey Team Gutbusters! How was your weekend? Mine was good. I got to go on a date with my husband for the first time in like, a year! I was proud of myself because I MANAGED my calorie intake to include some alcohol for our night out and so didn’t exceed my calorie limit. I took my 13 yr old to the gym today but didn’t find…

Sweet Sweet ONEderland! Good on ya!

Morning all! I count calories and try to move some every day. I'm a Fitbit-er so 10,000 steps is my goal and I usually walk some of those as well as dance some (love you tube). With spring coming on I'm also trying to garden some and am finding that pulling well entrenched weeds is hard work!! Have a good weekend…

Nice! Don't you love it when a plan comes together?!!

Good morning Team Gutbusters! I'm Sherrie, 42 yr old retired (Navy) SAHM of 2 boys. I have yo-yo'd all my life. Last year I lost about 25 lbs on MFP, got a little overconfident and long story short gained most of it back. I have re-lost all but six pounds that will put me back where I left of last year and that is my first…
