IM going drinking, Just going to work out extra hard. Just keep it light, Vodka & Soda with a Lime. NO Beer or Sugary Drinks! BUT Alcohol DOES slow your metabolism, so maybe a weekend here and there NOT drinking wouldn't hurt just to see HOW much it affects you!

If you drink a coffee it actually De-hydrates you! So for every cup of coffee you drink, you should be getting 1 extra glass of water. Herbal Tea is just fine, if there's no caffeine!

I tend to work out MORE if I know I am going to be eating out/Drinking on the weekend. But you also need to live a little and not COUNT every second, But just make a better choice of what you order. Thats awesome! I have done the same thing. Lots and Lots of fresh fruit and veggies. Plus Chicken/Turkey/Fish. its been at least 2 months of me dong this didactically, my insides feel amazing, and I am loosing may inches, gone down 2 pants sizes already! I bake the beans - tiny tiny bit of olive oil and salt and pepper to taste! better then chips, so good warm. Really good protein snack.

A couple of places I frequent - Im a F cup: Romantique - lots of great sizes but NOT sure on sports bras. BUT have you heard of a place called Change? I know Vancouver has a few stores and its amazing! Lots of LARGE sizes but for a reasonable price. Really cute things too!!

This summer I made a cold salad with it. Added diced up veggies (carrots, onions, zucchini, corn, peas etc) and Added Shrimp to it. Then for a dressing just a Zesty Italian. Add Some Fresh Spices, YUM.

I like Vodka and Soda and a slice of lime. Not TOO sweet like mixing it with diet soda, so i drink it more slowly, but still takes refreshing. Can always all Fresh Mint and do a Mojito type thing too!

I stick with Vodka & Soda with a slice of Lime. 75Cals This way its not sweet - like mixing with diet soda, so I don't drink it so quickly. Sometimes I even get a single in a tall glass, so it lasts longer. Those single glasses can be real SMALL, especially when its full of ice!!
