  • I'm not running this race, but last year I did three 5KM Races: Color me Rad, Halloween Howl, & Run for the Cure. If the weather stays as it is now, I think you will not have to worry about Winter running, wear layers still, but make sure you can take off your sweater and tie it around your waist. BUT if it does get cold,…

  • Just finished my first week of it! Day#3 was a bit easier for sure! BUT I'm scared to bump it up to the next level next time! Always looking for new friends and motivation
  • #1 Focus on Protein - it will fill you up without needing to eat lots of fillers/Sides Other things you can do, ask for dressing on the side or No Butter or Mayo on the Bread, or No Sauce. Have just water and Lemon - no Calories there - have a soda or juice can add 200CALS! IF I was going I would either Choose the…

  • I know plenty of girls who were in Boy-scouts growing up. They were allowed to join.
  • Its a mind thing. You've always thought one way, and seen one way. It will take time for your brain/mind to catch up with your physical changes. I have no idea how much time, but it will. Just keep the confidence up, amd it will all catch up with you.

  • For the donations part - you can set up a website and have people donate to you through that. gofundme.com is a popular one. Ask your MFP Friends, you FB Friends, along with regular friends, family, & co-workers..

  • If its got caffeine I wouldn't count it as a full glass of water. I mean Coffee is "Mixed" with water, and we don't count that as a glass of water!
  • Just avoid going into the break room until they are all gone! That's what happened to me last week, with Cinnabuns. If you don't see them/smell them, its easier! OR Eat one BUT you HAVE to work out an extra 10 minutes for each one you eat!
