I started the Olivia method on Sunday and it looks like I've gained a pound but I'm going to keep at it for a couple weeks and see what happens. I only have a little over 10 pounds to go and this is where I had problems last time I lost weight so I'm willing to give this a good try. This time of year makes it harder too…

I did this a couple times and it worked great....I would suggest though that you google 'Cabbage Soup Diet'.....you are missing the main ingredient to this diet which is really a cleanse......i felt great when I did it but there are some cautions to be aware of. Good luck!
