I have just discovered IF. Looking more to maintain than lose as I just dropped 50 lbs on a different program. I don't want to feel like I'm on a diet the rest of my life, I think this may be a good option for myself and especially the husband as he's not a big breakfast guy anyways.

Ok today was day 1 for me too. I went shopping and bought myself some extras to try and get those extra cals. Greek yogurt with granola....yummy..and hummus and snack crackers...another one of my favorite treats....I ate a ton of food today but definitely healthier than I was eating a year ago.

Wow thanks for this post, I totally missed that too.. I've been eating at cut for about 4 weeks, not losing or gaining, up and down the same few lbs, trying to 'trust the process'. It is scary to think I have to eat 300 more calories! Yikes! I'm going to give it a try. How many others missed that part?
