As each level gets easier I think the idea is to push yourself a bit harder and put more into it to get a better workout. I would maybe try a heavier weight as well if you are finding it 'easy'.

I use 2,3 and 5 lb weights. Some of the movements I'm comfortable with the 5lb but there are a couple (the front raises lol) that I use the 2 lbs. Hopefully I will work my way up to the 3 and 5 lbs with these movements.

I don't know but I eat the same breakfast everyday and I have for a long time (yr).....protein shake with milk and frozen banana and a piece of Silver Hills Sprouted bread toasted with butter......386 caloroes and gets me throught until lunch......I love it and it'sn what I crave in the morning.

Did Day 4 today, missed yesterday..scheduling problems lol...I slept in......it is easier for sure, I'm not nearly as sore as I was on day 2 and 3 either so that's a plus. I hope to do it every day straight but I'm not going to stress out too much if I miss the odd day here and there. Day 5 here I come!

So today was day 3 for me and I backed off a bit......my legs are so sore I can barely walk after I have sat for a couple minutes....glad to hear I'm not the only one that is sore to start but I'm not sure being that sore is good for the muscles or not....I still did the whole workout but took it easy on the jumping jacks…
