Extreme Shed and Shred
Anyone have any thought on this DVD by Jillian Michaels? I have done a couple days of level 1 and really enjoy it though it is quite different from 30DS which I loved. Im hoping this might be easier on my knees and it is a bit longer workout so I am burning more calories. Any thoughts negative or positive? Any success…

C25K on an elliptical?
Has anyone done this, is it possible? I will be getting an elliptical in a couple weeks and I am also interested in the C25K program. I worry about the impact on knees and ankles, which is why I decided to get an elliptical instead of a treadmill.

Just finished 30 day shred
And i loved it!. I lost 5 lbs and am down 1.5 to 2 inches on all my measurements. I did have a problem with my knees though and was wondering if any of Jillian's DVD would be better for me to try? I am going to give my knees a break for a little bit but if anyone has any suggestions for a DVD that would easier on the knees…

Enough calories?
I have a friend that says 1200 is not enough for anyone to get the right nutrients and live on.
