Get a new scale. I got one that is up to 2 lbs. for under $5. It's very accurate. Log everything, even if it's a strawberry. It will keep you accountable. Don't justify your "ooops" days. Nope, I spend less. But I buy lots of vegetables and discounted meat from a high end grocery store and cook more from scratch than "fast food" healthy stuff. I spend less.

One reason: It takes more energy for your body to digest protein than carbs. Two reason: Something to do with ketosis, which might be very harmful to the body. Researchers are still back and forth on this one. Some say short periods are okay, while some say it's not good at all.

If I stretch before running then I can't run as far. <-- Truth! Try not stretching before, and run. See if it makes a difference. Definitely stretch afterwards. Also, make sure you eat well.

It's all about the calories. The more healthy food you eat the easier it is to fill up and have energy. The more "junk" you eat, usually the more hungry you are, the more cravings you have and might feel sluggish. It depends on how you react after the "junk" food. It's all about calories.

Limit yourself to 1 or 2 pieces of fruit a day. Then don't worry about the sugar intake if it's coming from the fruit.

Get new bras that fit properly and they won't feel flat chested. That's what I had to do when I lost weight. By a push up bra and the right size and you feel decent. Get used to it. It's not a bad thing. You are healthy :) That's awesome!
