I'm doing more calories and doing my treadmill 6 days a week. I've lost 15 lbs since May 6th. I'm 54 and have struggeled my whole life. Even though scale isn't moving as fast as I would like I'm starting to "closet shop" I love closet shopping - so cheap.

I agree with this ^^^ I used to McD about 2-3 times a week and now I will only allow myself once a week and limit myself to 1 sausage muffin - no cheese/no egg. Everybody's right the sodium is awful but it's my way of 1 lazy morning a week.

I've got to try this! I'm the same way....love salads for lunch and even as side with dinner. This might even encourage hubby to have a salad if they are ready made. I'll post results end of next week.

I'm definitely a morning person and my first activity (before any food) is my treadmill for 45 minutes. I eat immediately following.
