Hi for me i have set my self smaller goals but with the bigger goal in mind so 1/2st at a time iv'e lost nearly 3 1/2st so far but stll have another 5st to go. but i will get there :) And to keep me going we have booked to go to Florida in june so want to be fitter for this so hoping to lose another 2st by then :)

This is great im 5ft 2" i eat anywhere between 1400-1600 cals a day and have a good loss each week. ive recently joined the gym and find im more hungry on these days but manage not to eat back all my cals and its working for me and thats what matters :happy:

I saw this last year and im glad you posted it. Dosn't it go to show how fast the syns add up when you "think" your being good. Im sure many of us will be having a flexi syn day but hopefully not to this extent lol :drinker:

hey i did exactly the same this weekend to many wrong food choices but i say well its happened there nothing i can do about it so i will just work harder at the gym this week and wont make the same mistake this weekend. Draw a line under it and get back on track a little blip is nothing in the grand scale of things.

wow what a great transformation i think its great to keep a mesurment track so on the weeks there is no or little loss there are the inches to measure. well done mate :smile:

what a fantastic loss you've had its inspired me to keep going i have the same sort off stats as your before pics and have lost just over 2 1/2st so far and a long way to go yet but im already feeling the health benifits. And hope to beable to post some before and after pics soon
