It can be hard to swallow at times, and it's definitely flawed, but it is a good tool. If you look at it as helpful information it can definitely be useful! I still can't say I LIKE looking at it though, haha

I'm trying to lose 80-90 lbs! I'm a senior in college. Vain as it sounds, I want to feel good about myself when I graduate! I have about 10 months until then, but I don't know if I can do 80 lbs. In that time. Still, anything is progress! I do mostly meat and veggies - I try to avoid carbs due to pcos.

21 here! I'm definitely looking for some more people who understand the weight loss struggle haha. I'm currently at 226 with a height of 5'4. My sister is 110 so... yeah I'm the biggest of my group. I have PCOS which is what triggered most of my weight gain. That and college, anyway. I'm on mostly a veggie and meat plan.
