Hi! I'm Loren and I have about 94 pounds to lose. I'm a recent college grad and am incorporating weight loss into a journey of self-improvement. I'm still working on other goals for self-improvement, but so far I know that I want to be more organized and read more.

As far as weight loss, I'm working to eat more fruits and veggies and cook more at home. I'm in the middle of a move right now, so I'm going to hold off on exercise until I've finished unpacking.

If you have similar weight loss goals, add me! I'm going to do my best to be active on MFP everyday and would love some friends to share my progress with and vice versa :) xx

I have about 100 pounds to be at a healthy weight. Im only 5 foot and while I think that may be too thin it is probably where I need to be, at least that is what my doctors say.
I have two toddlers and a busy husband so drive thru is our thing. I am trying to cut that out all together. Mostly I want to cook more at home especially for the kids plus removing a bit of the processed foods.
I think what I need most right now is an accountability buddy. I am always talking myself out of working out or eating healthy and that us the worst.
    Good Luck on you journey!

I'm trying to lose 80-90 lbs!

I'm a senior in college. Vain as it sounds, I want to feel good about myself when I graduate! I have about 10 months until then, but I don't know if I can do 80 lbs. In that time. Still, anything is progress!

I do mostly meat and veggies - I try to avoid carbs due to pcos.
