Was it though specific exercises or surgery? Good for you!

Mulberry, I was about type the same thing but you probably detailed it more clearly than I could have! Thank-you for posting this as most people don't know this. It is making everyone who consumes this round-up wheat (among other Monsanto crops) sick little by little and sometimes faster if someone already has health…

YES!!! I think Bolthouse (their parent company) is also another Monsanto supporter. UGH! I just throw things in my vitamix now. As annoying as it is to wash/prep everything, it's definitely worth it. I guess we really "pay" for convenience, not just with our wallet but with our health...

Good for you! Do your homework and go at your own pace...otherwise, you'll get too frustrated. Check out recipes w/nutritional yeast to get B12 in your diet or take a B12 supplement. The longer you do it, the easier it gets and the more you realize life without cheese isn't so bad and in fact your body will thank you. Good…

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! I'm always interested in this stuff! Flower for you! :flowerforyou:

Hey, Mama! Congrats on your weight loss! :flowerforyou: That's AWESOME! I'm still nursing my soon to be 1 yr-old at the moment. When I was trying to lose, I gave myself 300 - 500 (before he started solids) so if I was still trying to lose the weight at this point, I'd probably cut it down to 250 since he's eating plenty of…

Me! Working on becoming more raw and was doing well until T.G. Just started logging again today to reboot my palate and bad habits.

Getting enough D is definitely a concern but a bit of education goes a long way. I'm meat/dairy free and my D levels were checked a few mos back and I'm A-OK. I don't take D supplements and don't even go out in the sun much. Here's a link regarding D-rich food that you may find helpful.…

Yoga does waaaaay more to recharge me than a venti at Starbucks! It's good for the mind, body and soul! IMO, it'll give you more energy and mental well-being to juggle your crazy sched. I say GO FOR IT...You won't regret it! GL! :flowerforyou:

Mine! I just started logging again today so I can maintain my weight through the end of the year. LOL @ jester =]

Hey, Mama! I counted mine and I lost my weight so it worked for me. I was eating between 1600 - 2200 cals per day depending on how much my little guy ate plus any exercise cals I accrued. I always ate my exercise cals since I seemed to need them. You can always try eating your extra breastfeeding cals for a few wks and see…

I loooove Crystal Lite but I hate the junk in it so I weaned myself off of it a few years ago. Now I put a dash of lemon or lime in my H2O instead. It's up to you....It tastes great and if you don't mind drinking what's in it, go for it.

I just bake the sweet potatos, remove the skins, add a bit of cream (I use soy creamer but you could probably use a milk based cream) and maple syrup (I just use a little but it's up to you and your tastebuds). Then I whip it up w/my hand mixer and it's the consistancy of mashed potatoes yet it's sweet. It's so simple yet…

YUM! I'm googling them right now! That gets me thinking...I wonder if I could try to make my own. Thanks for sharing your find w/us! Sounds scrummie indeed!

UGH...Got a HUGE sweettooth! Been trying to cut out anything sweet besides whole fruit out of my diet...even w/my coffee (since I'm trying to quit that as well). I was using Agave but there are reports that it is highly processed as well and isn't really that good for you. I'm now using natural maple syrup if I need the…

Congratulations on your new baby! :flowerforyou: I am currently breastfeeding my 9 month old (where's my little baby gone!!!) and I finally joined MFP in late April when the weight wasn't coming off. When I started, I didn't know how to log breastfeeding so I wanted to share my knowledge incase you need it. When I started,…

I'm hooked on Galeos Caesar (http://www.galeoscafe.com/caesar.html)...Under 60 mgs of sodium & 14 cals per serving. Plus I recognize all the ingredients. Tried their others but I always come back to this one.

YUMMMM!!! Thx!! :flowerforyou:

Awwww! Congrats, Mama! :flowerforyou: Count me in (although my little one is now 8.5 mos!!!). I'm still breastfeeding and have reached my goal but I'm working on eating healthier and getting more exercise in. My diary is open...good, bad and ugly!
-
Thx! I was just wondering what shape I really am and then I saw your post! I'm a "top hourglass" body type as well but that's only since I'm breastfeeding so I'll shrink in the top substantially once my little guy is weaned...

YAY! Thx! :flowerforyou:

Ugh...I won't do those aweful things they used to make us do in soccer, track, etc. where you lay on your back and lift your legs a foot or so off the ground and then open them. I hurt my back as a kid doing those and I refused to do them after that. I hope they don't make anyone do those anymore since they do more harm…

Thanks for posting this however I cannot watch it. I feel that I can opt out of watching it since I don't eat animal products. I hope others see this and think twice before they eat their next meal.
