You're gonna love it,so much knowledge and experience to draw from,every body is super supportive ,just think of anything at all and someone will be willing to help you out with it.I've struggled for years back and fourth with weight gains and loss ,this is by far the best thing I've ever done. I may be wrong but don't think so,lol .Try not eating after 7:30 pm and up your water intake a little bit ,specially at night. Let me know how a week of this works out for you.

Are you having a higher cal day with some fats and sugars and junk every now and then?Sounds like what you need to me,if you are then maybe a completely different work out routine.

elyptical is great,I have a bum knee and when it starts acting up I go elyptical for awhile.also I have a pretty good Boot camp routine if your interested.

If you have MFP set to 1500 daily caloric intake and burn 460 you will add to 1960 ,the MFP already calculates your daily caloric burn with out exercise ,you need to eat as much of your exercise calories back as possible,make sense?:smile:

I agree completely,I wish they would get the BB app,but untill then I kinda cut loose on the weekends ,and so far it hasn't been a problem,I think because I do really well during the week.Matter of fact after a pretty indulgent weekend ,but lot's of work and sweating in addition to BBQ and beers ,I actually lost a few lbs.…

she's right on ,you're body has adapted to the runs,change it up,do something totally different,and weight training would definitely be different,add in some supersets and stuff,if you're interested I could send you a copy of a boot camp routine that my wife and I did for a couple of months early summer that was very good…

I'm 43,when I was yall's age,it was 18 ,then changed to 19 ,then to 21 here in Texas,I was legal on and off for a few months untill B-days hit,but still got my drink on anyway.Damn shame you're old enough to serve and fight for your country but not old enough to have a beer!

Get you a good work out ,better than usual,burn 400 to 500 cals or more and then you don't have to worry about one or two to many glasses,have fun!

You're probably not doing anything wrong,sounds like you're doing everything right.I would suggest you not have anything after 7:30 pm and drink water like crazy,a gallon a day if you can. I also wouldn't put much effort into eating back your exercise calories or eating/drinking all of your cals,as long as you are close…

I'm going to set my goal for 4 nights of drinks,and my goal weight to loose by months end will be 6 lbs. I'll write more later still at work.

Very well put! I specially agree with signing in on the weekends,it is litterally the difference in success or failure for me.
