Well put,I guess I'm very similar,like reg. soda,any kind of sweets,if I have them it dominoes,if I don't and I haven't in months,I litterally loose the craving for them.

Maybe so,I would just not do anything that feels uncomfortable in that area for a week or so,you'll know when it is recovered.

You can pretty much do anything except any type of straight legged dead lifting or leg curls.If it's your hammy and even if it's minimal damage you won't want to like bend over knees locked and pick weights up.Otherwise everything else is open,if something feels uncomfortable,move onto something else that doesn't.

Rule of thumb is to eat Breakfast like a King,lunch like a Prince,and dinner like a Pauper. As far as the weight on the meat,you can figure a pretty healthy portion is between 4 and 6 oz.

I was wondering the same thing,mine goes over but it's cuz I have a bannana at breakfast and then maybe an apple at my 2:00pm snack.My sugar goes over as much as 50 g. sometimes,so your saying as long as it's real/healthy foods it's cool?

I'm with you on the healthy food,or lack of crap,we never eat junk food,and don't crave it,I guess what I meant was,would you say your biggest key to a successful maintenance is whatching your portion sizes or just healthy eating all together?
