And, sorry, to answer your question: Today for breakfast I had waffles with blueberries and almonds. For a snack, I've got Fage 0% Cherry Pomegranate Greek yogurt. For lunch, a spinach salad topped with bell peppers and strawberries, a handful of baby carrots and some homemade veggie lasagna (made with whole wheat pasta)…

Oh, there are a ton of non-meat eaters here. I'm one of them! Feel free to add me as a friend.

The HCG diet is not wrong for everyone. I have a friend whose doctor recommended it for her because of her heart problems. It's very safe for cardiac patients. I think if you have the willpower to eat only 500 calories a day, you have the makings of long term success. Like any lifestyle change, people going with HCG need…

Fruit is full of fructose (ie. sugar). And it's delicious. You made a great choice in chosing fruit and yogurt over something you shouldn't have had. Eat your calories (and your sugar) whenever you want. It's the amount of calories you take in versus what you burn off that determines your continued weight loss. Believe it…

That's amazing! Good for you!

I have a bit of an employee appreciation dinner coming up. It's just my small department within the company, and the two guys who are married are bringing their wives. I have this size 8 dress that I was going to wear, and I pulled it out yesterday after buying a new set of bangle bracelets to see how it looked together as…

I'm confused by your question. Are you wondering how at 175 lbs, you can be overweight? How tall are you?

I rarely wear makeup, and I have very similar skin problems to the ones you are describing in yourself. I have old scars on my forehead especially, and that's also where my wrinkles are starting to show. But, you know what, I look good! For a lot of women makeup helps their confidence, and studies have shown that men…

Fantastic! Good for you! You look awesome!

I don't eat before I work out in the morning smply because I don't feel hungry. I'm usually up and ready to go and, besides, for me jumping around with anything other than water in my stomach would make me throw up. :-/

Mine is open. Check it out!

My biggest meal is whenever I am the most hungry. :) That usually happens to be after I work out. So, typically it's dinner. But I've been working out in the morning from time to time as well, and I eat a massive breakfast. I also encourage snacks.

I do one for breakfast or dinner once in awhile. I throw in some yogurt, Carnation Instant Breakfast (great chocolate flavor), ice cubes, a bit of milk and half a banana. It comes out thick and delicious. Thin it with a bit more milk if it's too thick for you.

Since it's just me around, I don't have a need for all of this stuff every week, but here is what you can typically find in my cart at the grocery store: Refrigerated: - Skim milk - Cheese (I buy the Mini Babybel Light, and chevre goat cheese or feta) - Greek yogurt (I like Chobani and Fage) - Eggs - Tofu Fruits and…

Awesome! That's amazing work. I just did the same thing with some new jeans at the store yesterday. It feels good!

So, inquiring minds want to know... what are you vegetarians/vegans cooking this week? I do a lot of my cooking over the weekend. I make things like stuffed peppers, lentil chili, grain-based salads, lasagna and whatever else I can think of so it's ready for the week ahead and I don't have to fight with myself to cook when…

My diary is open. Check it out.

Awesome! I am going to look for a new dress this weekend too!

I love my lips too! And I've got the dimples... They're called "Dimples of Venus" (no joke).

Awesome results! I am doing P90X and I am in week #2. I have already dropped 4 pounds.

I'll sub tofu for the chicken, but otherwise....yum!!!

Whole eggs contain cholesterol. Have you tried eating egg whites? Maybe scrambled tofu in the place of eggs (using tumeric to turn it the same yellow color as eggs that you're used to)? Add some fresh veggies that have been sauteed and some canned no-salt added beans and you've got a hearty breakfast.

Wow, awesome! That's so great for you! :)

I'm not running it,but one of my coworkers is. :-)

I'm a HUGE fan of tea as well, and I can attest to the tastieness of the rooibos tea. I think I might make a cup right now... :)

I went to their regular menu to help you kind of figure the steak question out. That meal in particular is a 12 oz strip steak with a side of potatoes and red bell peppers. Going off of the dietary exchange system for diabetics (which is fairly general) a lean protein contains 55 calories and 2-3 grams of fat per 1 ounce.…
