As others have mentioned, my coffee is totally worth it. I have 1-2 cups of coffee most mornings with just a bit of sugar. But, I will tell you, I tell myself it's a treat (even though I have it often) and in order to deserve my coffee, I have to drink a bottle of water and have had my breakfast first.

I agree...the "V" creeps me out! If you have the "V," men...please, do me a favor and don't take your shirt off around me. There is such a thing as too buff and such a thing as too thin. I think LeAnn Rymes is a good example of too thin right now. She used to be pretty fabulous, but she looks like a stick now.

I agree. Don't hate on the banana for having carbs. There are a lot of fantastic reasons to eat a banana. If you want to switch to a lower GI (glycemic index) fruit, try cherries, plums, graprefruit, coconut.... Bananas are medium.
