I am on Week 2 of Paleo and I have found that if I have a banana or half an apple with 1T almond butter before my runs I function better. Good Luck!

Oh I use the app too everyday but when you are at a wedding or event I sometimes find it difficult to count or remember every lil thing I ate - I guesstimate a lot of it too.

Thanks. I did last week I added in Body Revolution workouts to my already c25k program - thinking maybe I gained some muscle pass and lost some inches. I measure on the 11th of August so I will hopefully see a difference. Thanks =)

Awesome. Can I ask how much you have lost now that you are wearing an 8? Before I had my son 3 years ago I had lost 75lbs and went from an 18/20 to a 6 petite. I too am 5'2, when I was wearing the 6 petite I weighed 139-142. I currently weigh 160 and am wearing a 12. We have similar stats so I am curious! Thanks Danielle

I just started using the 30 Day Shred. I do Level 1 three days a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays I run. You work hard for the things you want. It is easy to push the exercise off and grab a yucky quick meal but in the end is it worth it?!?! I have 2 kids work a full time job and make the time to exercise and cook healthy meals for me and my family! It is worth the time and effort although doesnt always feel that way lol
