I don't feel like one but I recently started a blog to capture my journey and my husband looked at me and said "You are a success story" "You may not have finished your journey but you NEVER went back to the way you were and THAT IS A SUCCESS" I guess I never thought about it that way, I always think about the road ahead…

Exercise or Rest Day?
So not feeling myself today - feeling very BLAH and just so tired. Haven't gotten my exercise in yet today and debating whether I should make this my rest day instead of Saturday or just try my best to get it done. Suggestions??!?!?!

Do you track EVERYDAY?
Or is there one day you are track free? I typically do not track on Saturdays but continue to be mindful of what I am eating. The problem is we are usually at some type of function and i get so frustrated trying to figure the cals out. What do you do?

Creeping pounds for 2 weeks now
Sigh - so last week I lost .6 and now this week I lost .4 so frustrating sigh just needed to vent ;-/
