Creeping pounds for 2 weeks now

Sigh - so last week I lost .6 and now this week I lost .4 so frustrating sigh just needed to vent

    Hey, you are losing, be thankful for that. Mix up your routine, seems like your body is getting used to the program you have it on. The secret is to keep your body confused and it won't think this is the new normal.

    Thanks. I did last week I added in Body Revolution workouts to my already c25k program - thinking maybe I gained some muscle pass and lost some inches. I measure on the 11th of August so I will hopefully see a difference.
