As do I. I didn't say it was water weight. I have no idea if it was water weight or fat. I said I'm sure some people will say it was water weight. But Let me know how you distinguish the two. I'm all ears. Thanks

I'm 5'2 and 32 years old. This is what I googled View the Calculation Results Below: Peoples Choice Ideal Weight: 119 This shows the average weight that other people of your Age, Height, Weight and Gender would describe as their ideal weight. Women tend to imagine their ideal weight is unrealistically low, so they diet…

LOL! yeah over the weekend I ate like I normally do because that's the only way I knew how to eat majority of the calories back.

I have to get on the scale everyday to keep track of what affects my body. But thanks for your help it's greatly appreciated
-
I can see that being the case. but I sure hate seeing my weight go up.

You're correct. there wasn't a question in there. Which is why I said no one has an opinion on what I said not an answer. I was really looking to see if there were any others out there like me. Sooo.....

-
Ok thank you. You say that u try to aim close to your goal as possible. so if my goal is 1320 than that'd mean I'd only really have about 344 calories remaining for the day right?
-
Got it. Thanks Erickirb! you've been soo much help
-
Ok thanks alot! Ya'll are the best!

Thanks Erik. Sooo i'm going for weight loss. Should I reduce my calorie intake? I exercise about 4-5 times a week.
-
I'm gonna try this warmup cardio, more weights, then cardio routine to see how it goes. I'm up for any suggestion really. Not for nothing but I never stretch. EVER. I've been working out off and on since 2005. I've never had any injuries either. I'm not really sure if it's affecting anything or not but when I was losing…

So is it a myth that you can't "spot reduce" when doing any exercise?
-
totally me too. Glad I'm not the only one. I always wondered why I sweat so much down there?? I hate looking like I pissed on myself. I could careless about a pantyline when I'm working out. But I've worn a thong and panties in the gym. I think going commando would eventually become uncomfortable during my workout.

I agree with this quote above. Ms. QT you deleted me. I didn't notice though until i tried to comment on your page. Guess I wasn't active enough for you. Say-La- Ve (i'm sure that's spelled wrong but you get what I'm saying) Unlike your other deleted folks, I didn't and never will bad mouth you on here because that's…

Me too...You've done a great job so far and working out with your daughter will help you both get to where you want to be. Good luck!

Welcome, you can "friend"me if you like. You're on the right path to feeling better and looking better by then. You'd be surprised at the weightloss I'm sure if you stay consistent. Good luck!

I agree. I feel like it symbolizes what made us one. No one ever notices it. I can get hit on and I'll say I'm married and they'll say oh I didn't see your ring and I'd say it's because you weren't looking for it lol. What I don't care too much about is it being a diamond ring or just a band. I lost two diamond rings…
