Ok. So my daily goal is 1320. I've done 688 in exercising today. I've already eaten 1032 calories. Currently it shows 976 calories remaining. Net= 344 right now. How should i go about what I eat for the rest of the day? Eat all? Eat half? please help!

Bally's is now LA Fitness good or bad change?
So my gym which was Bally's is changing to LA Fitness this week. I'm hoping that the new place will bring in a new motivation for working out. Sometimes that's all it takes is a new gadget,new songs on your ipod, someone noticing you progress. Just wondering if I'll love it or hate the change.

I hate drinking water!!
