So I just came across this challenge today and after calculating my minutes I'm at a total of 28 hours and 9 minutes. Go me!!

a 5k is definietly doable in July 2015. Since you're not a runner, I'd say when you start "training" run/jog for the amount of a verse on a song if you listen to music then walk during the chorus and repeat for as long as you can do it for about a month. the next month lessen the amount of time you walk. the next month…

this^^^ planks and leg lifts are good for toning your abs but that's after you've maintained a healthy diet. nice abs happen in the kitchen

I always say do what works for YOU. Everyone's bodytype is diff. With that being said, since you said that you did this before and gained the weight back I'd say fasting isn't the way to go. I've been on MFP for a couple years now working out for many years doing all kinds of diff exercises and diets and have finally found…

i agree with everyone's response above. it won't matter how many sit ups, crunches or planks u do for your abs if u don't have a consistent healthy diet. reduction in belly fat is 80% (give or take) diet and 20% exercise

I just added up my miles from my exercise diary and i actually had more miles in there. here's the correct amount.

May Running Challenge post still won't let me post/reply to it. So I'm using this one.

Idk what's going on with the May Running challenge ticker or the post on the message board but neither seems to be working so I guess I'll leave my info here. May 3 to May 9 --> 10 miles 5/10 --> 1 mile 5/13 --> 4 miles

Anyone know if I can post the ticker in my profile like the weight loss ticker?

Me personally, I'm not a big water drinker. I also "binge" to an extent on the weekends but I've learned that working out, taking a walk/run/jog in the mornings on the weekends help me make better decisions through out the rest of the day. One good decision will lead to more good decisions. It kinda has a dominoe effect. I…

Like everyone else said. You'll have your good and bad days. On those bad days, I'd say to do it at a slower jog or make sure you have something on to watch or listen to that'll take your mind off of how far or how long you've been running. Lately, I listen to IHEARTRADIO on the 24/7 comedy channel which completely takes…
