Good job! Keep it up. I enjoy running outside wayyyyy more than the treadmill. It's harder but I'm not watching a clock like I do on the treadmill and that helps a lot. I normally get a tan while running outside so that's also a plus! Good luck on your journey

Well I want to get to a weight where if I decide to not workout for a week or so I won't feel like it's the end of the world and all my exercising was ruined by doing that.

i love running as well. i've never done an hour yet I think b/c i run a little faster and I think I only run faster b/c i'm trying to hurry up and get done with my run. I'm not gonna eat that specific bag anymore. But I do get the smaller bags that come out the vending machines at my job and those are around 180 or calories. I bought the other one from a convenient store. Thanks!

oh Oreo cookies. 2 cookies is 140 calories. Doesn't sound like much right but who only eats 2 cookies?

Oh the Zensation salad from Zaxby's is like 1000 calories if you eat everything. it does include a piece of bread so maybe that's alot of it but I couldn't believe that. I'm like REALLY??? for a salad?? I'll still eat it again cuz it's sooo yummy but I'll have to eat it in portions.

I agree with this post^^^. When I eat breakfast (which usually consists of watermelons, or grapes, or cereal), I rarely include any meats. I've lost weight doing this. I think losing weight is different for everyone.

I agreed with Erikb I stick to one cardio machine. I run and i do variations of speed intervals on it or I'll do one long run with a walk break in between for about 5 minutes. works well for me. but your best bet is do what works best for you.

my breakfasts consists of the same thing majority of the time, lunch and dinner will vary like if I eat a salad for lunch than I'm eating a sensible dinner and vice versa

I do this. Im allergic to shellfish but my hubby and son aren't. So when I'm trying to keep myself from eating stuff I shouldn't eat I make that. I'd also say to eat before you make dinner for them or eat smaller portions of what you're making. Portion control helps.
