Even if I come from work with makeup on and head to the gym I'm taking it off before I workout. There's no need to keep it on for it to run down my face and get smeared across my face from wiping my sweat off my face. I sweat entirely too much to do that.

My BMR is 1355 my daily caloric is 1200. Soooo 1200-500 is 700. Then what? Where does the BMR come in to play?

it is a personal preference. I prefer to jog/run/walk for at least 10 mintues to get my heart pumping. It helps me sweat more while weight straining

yes i put in everything cuz just about everything has calories. A publix salad bag with carrots,cabbage and lettuce is 15 calories a cup. the only thing thus far with no calories i noticed is mustard

The bigger question would be how has logging cooking and cleaning as cardio and it being your only form of exercise been helping your weight loss? if it's helping your weightloss than continue to do it. If not, than you should probably think of putting something else into your routine.
