  • First, I can completely understand how you feel. I think many of us on this site have had this realization at one time or another. The first thing that I want to say to you is this: NEVER QUESTION YOUR HUSBAND'S/BOYFRIEND'S LOVE FOR YOU!! :) He loves you for the person you are. Not for the size you wear. He loves you…

  • I do my walking/running in the morning. Also... high protein, low carbs throughout the day. That's the key! You may want to try a multi-vitamin and a B-12 supplement. I take 1000mg of B-12 daily. I couldn't do my life without it! :) You're going to do great!

  • You know how in HS Math you had to "show your work"? Here is how I figured this: 1 km = .62 miles You can walk 1 km in 7 minutes If you kept the same 7 min/km pace for an entire hour (Which is pretty freaking awesome!) Take 60 (min in an hour) and divide by 7 (your time/km) = 8.57 Then multiply 8.57 x .62 (miles/km) = 5.31…
  • Correct IggyL! It is 5.3 mph. :)

  • ::wipes away tear:: Thank you all so very much! Yesterday was just a *hard* day. However, like many of you suggested, I did write what I was feeling and it helped me put it in a better perspective. I never imagined hitting a wall like I did yesterday this early in the journey. I am just finishing my 3rd week. However,…
