Workouts can supress appetite. If you can't eat all of them on workout days, look to eat them on your rest days - balancing the calories out over the week. Eat nuts/seeds, beans, brown rice - all these will bump up your calories.

I felt the same way and I still do. You'd think after losing nearly 3 stone I'd be out there jogging but no. Still extremely self conscious. Maybe one day :) - at least exercise works wherever you are :)

When training my performance goes right down at that time of the month. I usually make things easier because otherwise I end up giving up. I used to think I was going backwards and not getting fit - it took me a while to realize it was PMS and our bodies do actually work harder at this time.

So if you are lying flat on the floor with back arch flat to the floor and then you lift your legs - which muscles (specifically) are engaging through the movement - just out of interest as this move is in a lot of exercise DVD's I do.

I don't think there is any real reason for juicing other than eating a lot of vitamin/enzyme rich foods in a quick, convenient and tasty way.

I notice that female (and male) sprinters do not really have thigh gaps. I would love a thigh gap (I have a small one) but when I look at athletes I don't mind that I might not get one. :)

At the beginning I often got depressed weighing everyday, especially after a gain. But now I've lost some I feel that weighing everyday isn't so bad, it helps me stay on track - and if I weigh everyday I have a lot less chance of letting myself go again.
