Set a bigger goal and don't think you've arrived! The hardest part of weight loss is keeping it off. You have to change your thinking...so, instead of losing 5 lbs and celebrating make your goal seeing how long you can keep it off! and you'll probably lose more weight if you need to.

My dr. told me once that if you have to pee once every 2 hours then you are drinking enough water. Which for me is about 64 oz of water a day.
