  • Thanks for looking into that! I guess I'll need to invest in a new one as well. Sucks!
  • I'm having the same problem. Always used my Garmin for running and now I want to use it for calorie counting. I think I went through every screen a dozen times and couldn't figure out how to get the calories. The manual was no help either!
  • Saturdays are my "big day". 60 min. Step3 followed by 60 min. sculpt. Then I go back later in the after noon for yoga just to "wind down". I love it!!!
  • I agree with the wine. When I drink (which is not very often) I tend to go for the harder stuff. And if I gave up cheese or chocolate what would I order at The Melting Pot?! :drinker: Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter
  • I inputted all the ingredients into the recipe builder on Sparkpeople.com and it came out to 439.5 cals per serving. That was with generic ingredients. Everything can be substituted for lite or lo-cal.
  • I find that if I wear some sort of cotton bike short instead of something loose it creates a little traction and my foot slides less. I also think of pressing the sole of my foot into my thigh to hold it there rather than lifting the leg up. That's not cheating is it? :-)
