I second that!

I think it is qualified by a certain speed. I use a Garmin, and when it generates a graph of my performance, there are zones that say walk, fast walk, jog, run. I was disappointed to see that my pace was always just a jog. Go ahead and call it what you want though. I am still a runner..... I won't call myself a jogger…

Be patient..... and it's "then".

A short jog may help you loosen up your sore muscles. I wouldn't over do it though.

What is the best (healthiest) brand of coffee?

I used to work in a bike shop and there were plenty of people who came in for bikes who were over 300 lbs. No you're not too heavy! Make sure you go to a pro shop and speak with people who are experts in bicycles. If you are serious about bike riding and ready to make a commitment, don't go to a big box store. If a comfort…

That Coke next to your head is making me thirsty.... Man, I miss coke!!!

ME TOO!!!!! And I'm sick of seeing every pregnant woman's ultrasound. I don't want to see the inside of your uterus. Save that for close friends and family. Nothing is sacred anymore.

Great! Thanks!! I was thinking it could get moldy on the counter. I'll keep it in the fridge just in case.

Yeah, I've been wondering if I should find something more in between. I like the Vibrams, but not sure about the long distances either. I don't care whether or not they are aesthitically pleasing, because that's not a concern of mine when I am running.... but I have gotten things stuck in between the toes before and that's…

I am very injury prone and I am trying to transition into them as well. Newton makes a transition shoe that is supposed to help you go from a "normal" 12mm drop to a barefoot shoe. I think it has a drop of maybe 5mm or so, to help you get there. I thought about getting those or something similar because I am scared I am…

I definitely agree with what the article is saying about hell striking being worse in Vibrams. What I don't understand is how someone wearing Vibrams would heel strike in the first place. I guess everyone is different, but when I tried to run in Vibrams for the very first time, it forced me to land on my forefoot. Landing…

Agreed..... MEOW!

I don't think so. I think they changed it to make it against regulations to include nervous tissue in the rendered feed. But rendering feed is still allowed.
-
I think it was banned in Europe but not in the US. I could be wrong.
-
You've never heard of rendered feed???? They grind up the stuff we don't use and feed it back to them.

Because of money. Most likely because of lobbying by dairy farmers or whatever. But then again, the study itself could have been done by people with a vegan agenda. Everything's about money. I eat dairy all the time and supposedly cows that are pasture raised don't produce casein. Again, could have been a study funded by…

Looks like it. That must warrant it completely false.
-
I think it talks about it in The China Study. The work was done on rats so it's all speculation. Some people are allergic to it though, so that makes me wonder. Supposedly organic dairy doesn't contain it.
-
I didn't claim it..... but if you have access to peer reviews from a college or library, try this one: The Influence of Dietary Casein Level on Tumor Induction with 2-Acetylaminofluorene R. W. Engel and D. H. Copeland Cancer Res 1952;12:905-908.
-
There's a protein in milk and other dairy products called casein that studies show causes cancer. But so does everything else apparently.

I remember that...... it was weird!!!

I'm pretty sure the use of the words "ding" and "dong" means it was a joke. Not sure how anyone couldn't see that!!!!
-
Don't worry..... I'm not a lesbo!!! But I'll pass the word on!
-
I'm sure there's still things that even YOU won't eat..... like worms. Come on.... join in!!! Don't be that guy...........

Who's Amber?

You're a thin, HOT rectangle. I'm more like a cylinder.
