Steaks!
I love a good steak. I've become really skilled at preparing them in my cast iron skillet, too! But we all know that the price of beef, especially pasture-raised, is high and is ever increasing. I've found a source for a cut that is relatively inexpensive for the tenderness that it provides. I'd like to continue buying…

What is Whole30?

Fruit and Berries
I'm not big on fruit and I guess that's good because of the sugar content. But I really enjoy eating frozen berries!!! I could sit and eat an entire bag of frozen berries in one sitting. I know for the primal/paleo diet berries are recommended over fruit, but how much is too much?

Fish Skin?
Do you eat the skin of your fish? For example, Wild Salmon?

Paleo version of Gatorade???
Hi guys! I was terribly sick over the weekend. I had some sort of stomach flu or possibly even food poisoning. Anyway, without giving you all the gory details, you need to understand that I was horribly dehydrated!!!! I was so dehydrated that my feet and legs were cramping, causing my toes to painfully curl. Ouch!!!…

Another reason not to eat processed garbage: http://www.salon.com/2013/03/17/modern_chicken_has_no_flavor_lets_make_it_in_a_lab/ I'm not sure why they used Chipotle as an example though..... they only mention them once and in a positive manner.

Bulletproof Coffee Question
Okay..... I've been putting off trying the bulletproof coffee mainly because I feel like it is too labor intensive. I know, I know.... you just brew and blend, but my mornings are always so busy. Women Lifters - How many times a week?
I am mainly a triathlete and also play soccer. I used to lift weights a little when I was bigger into soccer, but only about once a week or less. Running and Cuboid Syndrome
I developed cuboid syndrome (subluxation) after doing a 10k that I was not ready for and just pushed myself through. Yeah, stupid, I know.... Vegetable Oil Recipe
I have a pizza sauce recipe that calls for 1 TBSP Vegetable oil. Will 1 TBSP of olive oil be an even exchange or do I need to alter the amount? Also, it calls for 1 tsp of sugar. I figure honey will do the trick. Maybe 2 instead of 1?

Is my Coconut Oil bad?
I don't use coconut oil that often to cook with because I am a huge fan of butter and bacon grease. But I got my jar out the other night because I feel like I should incorporate more of it since it's so healthy. Normally it's a juicy, fluffy consistancy but last night it was straight liquid.... the entire jar. Is it bad or…

Non-paleo foods that are "not so bad"
Do any of you consider some of the evil foods to be over varying degrees of evil? For example, I think wheat and corn are absolutely terrible and I make every attempt to keep them out of my diet. But, I feel like white potatoes and possibly even rice may not be as bad as wheat or corn and if I slip up and have a small…

Greek Yogurt
I've posted a topic about Greek Yogurt before.... when I was just trying it for the first time. Now I have found that I love the stuff! It's a great snack with berries or just by itself. One problem is, I can't find any brands that are full fat. They are all 0 or 2%. What's up with that???

"Not-so-bad" evil foods
I accidently posted this in the regular forum. I was wondering why people were talking about the pop tarts they ate, etc. I also noticed a very different and condenscending attitude...
