Is the bottle supposed to say cold pressed? I checked mine and it says Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The ingredients only have olive oil listed as well, but no where on the bottle does it say cold pressed.

I wrap salmon fillets in foil and pop 'em in the oven at 350 for about 20-30 minutes. I sprinkle herbs all over the top... oregano is really good on it. There are tons of ways to make fish that are tasty, but this way is just so easy.

Okay, I know this is not going to answer your question (sorry), but when I plan on drinking for a special occasion, I just don't give a beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep.

I am going to go bathing suit shopping with pride!!! I always hate buying them because I feel fat and feel like I shouldn't be wearing one. This summer I hope to go to the store and love what I see!

I would say weekly so you can track what's working. Daily would definitely fluctuate too much and frustrate you, but I would think weekly would be okay.

Hmmmm...... This is my opinion, for what it's worth. I can't see your diary, but if you're not much of a meat eat and don't care for veggies, then that only leaves foods that are loaded with carbs. Fruit, grain products, etc all have a ton of carbs. Good carb, bad carb.... it's still harder to lose weight when your blood…

I was talking about the wordage everyone..... not what to order. You can name it a cutesy name all day long and it still may not help. I'd prefer the actual calories to be displayed... at least as an estimate. Thanks for the responses.

I'm 5'4. I want to be 140. I have a lot of muscle mass (athletic build) so I'm not sure anything under 140 would be healthy, so I'll have to make that decision when I get to 140. 130-135 would probably be okay though.

Muscle weighs more than fat per unit volume. People are leaving off the "per unit volume" rendering the statement incorrect. So if you have one square foot of muscle and one square foot of fat, the muscle weighs more. The muscle is more dense.... so people just say, muscle weighs more than fat. It's pretty simple.

I id a half last year and plan on another one this year. I want to do a full Ironman sometime in my future.... I'm 30 now so, perhaps by the time I'm 35 or 40. I only want to do it once.... The training load is just way too much for someone who has other interests.

Matter of fact, you see them in the full Ironman as well... Just not that often. It can be done.
