Your not going to lose weight if you don't eat your calories & make sure all your other nutirients are close to what's needed. That's a tuff one. I tend to eat more fish/seafood & beans. I try to eat my fruit, veges & drink a lot of water. When I used to work the graveyard shift I kept my clothes & sneakers in the car & drove directly to the gym when I got off. I'm not crazy about cereal, but do like the Kashi Cinna-Raisin or Wheat'n Bran-Shredded Wheat better than the rest as far as taste goes. I usually just eat them dry as a snack or overtop of my yogurt. Most cereals to me have a fake sugar taste that I can't stand.
