This sounds delish! I'll have to try it soon :) Reminds me of a breakfast scramble that I make using Pam cooking spray, Egg beaters, spinach, diced tomatoes and onions, and kraft 2% milk swiss cheese. It's amazing and comes in under 300 calories as well...gotta love that!!

I love the Cheesecake Factory! The closest one to me is a couple of ours away in Nashville, and it's pretty fantastic.
