Do you cross-train at all? Definitely change up your routine - run 3-4 days a week and do something else the others (and don't forget to give yourself a day off some times!). Definitely add in some strength training. Pilates and yoga are great too.

When my PT suggested I up my daily calories to 1800 (from 1350) I was really nervous. But it worked! It's surprisingly hard to eat 1800 QUALITY calories a day.
