I have been on Weight Watchers for the past few years. I think that adding exercise to that and any 'diet' change is crucial. I use 1/2 cup soy milk, 1 banana, 1 teaspoon sugar free chocolate syrup, 1 teaspoon honey, 1/2 plain/vanilla yogurt and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter....yummy! If I'm having it for breakfast I add one table sppon of protein powder for a protein punch:) I love it!!
