I am on a salt restricted diet. I don't eat any processed foods if I can help it. I cook with Mrs. Dash. I will cut them into wedges or chunks toss in a little olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and Cajun season and roast in the oven. I also pierce them wrap in plastic wrap bake in the microwave then I top with Laughing Cow Cinnamon cheese mmmm so good

I have tried WW many many times and find that it isn't structured enough for me. I know that a can of fat free pringles is 7 pts therefore my brain says I can eat the whole can. Logging my calories into MFP works so much better for me.

Well said my friend!!!!! This is NOT hard!!!!!!! I don't deprive myself of anything I truely love I just use "PORTION CONTROL" Most important I DON'Tsay diet..... I am NOT on a DIET.... I am changing my habits and making better choices for a BETTER ME.
