Yay!! TWIN.. I'm 5'5" currently exactly the same weight with the same goal! Once I'm under 130 I feel comfortable, but lower 120's make me fit into clothes etc much better. Excited to race along. Do you have a goal date?

thankful to join this group! I need motivation and accountability. 20lbs would out me so near to my goal weight. It would at least make me content! This ends when I plan to be traveling!! so I hope to get to 20lbs a week early! I should start a week early (now)

my goodness. it was a suggestion that is easy to do and can be done during the week when we tend to skip meals or need to plan them. it is about a 1200 calorie diet, but i do find it filling... usually an apple helps between lunch and dinner. i am redoing this soon

i have only found deployments to be a time to consume less... you cook less, you eat out less, you have time to work out more. i do work and have a daugther to raise... but this deployment was working for me and my figure. i have a few months left and about 10lbs to go! i finally feel the pressure, that is a good thing…

i started "raw food challenge" this week and it's sooo worth it. i lost 2lbs!! i just try to eat as many raw fruits and veggies each day as possible, and make other jealthy choices- cut out almost all bread and pasta- my downfall! soo 2lbs down. 6-7 lbs to goal weight! 1lb per week until Christmas:love:

i'm about 80% raw right now. by day 3 i had no desire for processed foods. i do include a boiled/ scrambled egg for protein. but you can find things like "raw almond/ peanut butter" for protein (with an apple). you can also soak chick peas etc. to turn it into a hummus- and it's still raw. raw is different than being a…

well if we can name brands, south beach makes lunch packs like a chicken rollup with slasa and cheese etc, and comes with a jello cup... i dont have microwave access at work everyday so i am always limited
