i like banana "popsicles." put a popsicle stick in half a banana, spread natural peanut butter over the banana, roll it in mini chocolate chips and freeze it. yummy and you get some protein with your sugar!

I also love sweets-- and carbs. I feel your pain. two breakfasts I like are: whole wheat english muffin with natural peanut butter (and sometimes maybe add sliced banana if you want something sweeter) (also, I make my own peanut butter just by grinding up peanuts in my food processor for like 5 minutes. no added sugar…

1/4 cup quick oats (I grind them in blender to make a powder before I add the rest of the ingredients and blend) 1/4 cup frozen blueberries 6-8 frozen strawberries 1tbs natural peanut butter 1/2 cup skim milk It tastes like PBJ and the oatmeal and PB keep me full!

wow! congrats!

working on losing 25- and i'm excited too!

I am 5' 3'' am concerned by the photos and the numbers as well. Please make sure you are eating to be healthy. Everyone is built differently. That's true. My goal weight (which I had achieved at one point and then back slid a bit) is 125 pounds. that puts me at the lower end of the BMI chart in America. According to the…

grilled chicken or fish, corn on the cob and marinated veggie kabobs. for dessert, strawberry shortcake with angel food cake.

Oh-- if you're eating on the road. Starbuck's has a reduced fat turkey bacon breakfast sandwich that is good, filling and not bad on calories. (It's in the database.) Also, their perfect Oatmeal is like 160-ish calories plain and another 100 calories if you add the packet of dried fruit to it. It's pretty good!

Not that you need a gadget to make this breakfast, but I got the breakfast sandwich maker from Hamilton Beach as a Christmas gift and it's a great way to make it seem exciting to make yourself a decent breakfast. if you put a whole wheat English muffin in there with two egg whites and a slice of American cheese, it's…

I used to exercise in the mornings too and lately have switched to sleeping in a bit and cleaning some in the mornings. I need to get back to the pre-work exercise. if you want a texting buddy, I'd be up for it! I could use the motivation too. send me a friend invite if you want. (oh-- work full time, mom of a 7 year old…

lol @ he watched you eat it. that's weird!

I log cardio that i do-- like dedicated increments of exercise where i'm focused solely on exercising. If i go for a walk, I just consider that a bonus and don't log it. I don't log every day tasks like shopping or cleaning either (or sex!).

I am the same height as you and weigh 141. two years ago, I lost 22 pounds and got down to my goal of 125-- then i let it creep back on so i'm doing it again. I found the last 10 pounds the hardest to lose. Also, I set my calories at 1200 (eating exercise calories back and not freaking out if I was plus or minus 100…

AMAZING. Congrats! Also, I love the wallpaper in your room!

you really, really need to eat back the exercise calories, for sure. it sounds like maybe you aren't right now? 1200 is not a lot of calories. that really is a level that you'll lose a pound a week at sedentary level. but, if you're working out an hour a day, you need more calories. you will still have a deficit and lose,…

i don't know about four sizes, but I think it's very feasible that you could lose 20-30 pounds, which would certainly make a difference. i'd try setting your goals to lose 2 pounds a week and follow the mfp guidelines on calories. and, of course, get some exercise in several times a week. If you try to do too much, it will…

amazing and inspiring. congrats!

you can add me if you like. i'm also a mom of two and i'm in health care (though in a non-clinical job). I lost 22 pounds about a year ago, but then let 15 creep back on. i lost five and am working on getting rid of those last 10 for the second time!
-
i lose about a pound a week if i stick to 1,200 calories--- without any exercise. When i exercise, I eat back those addiitonal calories. Eat what you burn in exercise and I think you'll see a difference. you're doing a lot without much fuel right now!

effing awesome! i'm so impressed. I used mfp to lose my "baby weight" a year ago. somehow, over the past year about 15 pounds has crept back on. i've been lacking the motivation to get back to business and i think you just gave it to me. thank you!
-
you can do it, just plan ahead and make a few different choices. i still get mcdonald's. but, i don't get fries anymore. if i get a sandwich (grilled chicken no mayo or mdcouble cheeseburger aren't that bad) i get a yogurt parfait or baked apple pie with it. it's still good and it's not too bad on calories.

add me if you like. i totally hear where you're coming from. finding time to work out is so hard! i work full time and have two young kids. we're building a house and trying to sell our current house. finding any time to myself is almost a joke! I am 5'3'' and currently about 128. (not sure, because my 2-year-old broke our…

It can be a good burger topping in place of lettuce. I also make these thai chicken wraps with it. They are delish. http://www.bhg.com/recipe/poultry/thai-chicken-wraps/ Sometimes I just put some vinegar, salt and pepper on it and eat it as a slaw side-- without all the creamy fatty dressing!
-
i'm 38. you can add me if you want. good luck-- mfp is awesome! i lost 22 pounds and have been able to maintain it since January. I still track every day though. I need to so the pounds don't creep back on!

Way to go! Enjoy swimsuit season- you earned it!
-
congratulations! amazing story and pictures. you are doing a fantastic job! -- interesting the way health care works in different countries. living in the US, it's hard to believe that you would have to wait 7-10 years for a surgery. but, i'm so glad that it worked in your favor and that you ended up losing on your own.…

yay- great!

awesome work!
-
awesome! you look great! i am also 5' 3''. i stopped at 125. for me, 110 would be too thin-- and hard to maintain! good luck as you continue!

i'm 5'3'' and i'm 125. this is where i would like to stay. I have a couple pairs of pants that might fit better if i dropped another pound or two, but i like the weight that i'm at overall.
