i am a 6/8 now and that is where i plan to stay!
-
add me if you want. i have a five year old son and an 18-month old.
-
holy cow! congratulations. you look fantastic!
-
you are not fat! i'm mad at your mom for telling you so! i am 5'3'' and have already reached my goal weight--- 125. your mom would probably think i look like a cow! good luck with your efforts though. you will do great.

awesome work! you look fantastic!

it's so hard! i don't fit much in. but, i try to wake up early and get 30 minutes in before my kids are up. i have a min trampoline in our gameroom and a run on that and do a little bit of arms with light weights at the same time. i like that i can catch up on some tv or watch a movie while i do this--- multitasking!

you look fantastic! doesn't look at all like you have 50 more pounds to lose. congratulations!
-
oh yum. i wonder, do they freeze well?
-
huge difference already! keep up the awesome work. you will get there!
-
ridiculous! and, i looked at your pictures and you are thin! he's got no right to say that to anyone, ever, but it's SO off-base about you.

that's on today's agenda... boo :(

i've talked to my husband about mfp. he's intrigued, because it's helped me, but he isn't interested enough to do it himself. i think he would like me to log his food, which i would be willing to do. But, i don't think he will tell me his weight for the initial set up! i think i would have to get him to fill out that stuff…

i made these about two weeks ago and i agree- they were really good. my 5-year-old wolfed down two and didn't suspect they were not "normal chocolate chip cookies." If you are looking for a breakfast cookie, these are awesome. i make double batches and freeze them and then just microwave one in the morning for 20 seconds.…

i eat fast food, but not like i used to. i do try to order healthier items from the menus, even if it's not what i'm really craving. my kids love mcdonalds, so we go there more often than i would like to admit. i never order fries anymore. my go to side item now is a yogurt parfait that has 160 calories. i also used to…

Oh-- another thought. if you can get to a microwave for a minute, oatmeal is great. it's filling and has a lot of protein and you can add nuts, dried fruit etc to change up the taste. i also like chopped fresh apple and cinnamon in it.

maybe try a taco salad with seasoned lean beef, salsa, banana peppers and if you wanted some crushed up baked tortilla chips. it would be filing and something different.

Hi. I'm 38 and a mom of two. i work full time and also have a hard time fitting it all in. for me, i've found that if i don't exercise before my kids wake up in the morning, it's very likely not going to happen. at night, after dinner and baths and getting the kids down, i'm just ready to crash. i try to get up early and…

awesome! you look amazing.

agreed! you look fantastic!

sorry if you answered and i didn't see it, but do you eat back your exercise calories? that seems to be the downfall for a lot of people. the calorie goal that mfp gives you is to lose weight without exercise-- just diet alone. so, if you're exercising, you need to add extra calories in to offset that. i always ate back my…

phenomenal! what an awesome story. saw your pitt sweatshirt- are you from pittsburgh?
-
milk could definitely be a major factor. it has a lot of calories, even skim has 100 cals in a small glass.
-
add me if you want. i am at 1200 calories, but more when i exercise because i eat back the calories. i'm hoping to lose my last two pounds soon and then up my calories a little when i'm in maintenance mode!
-
i made them this weekend. i may try again without the coffee. i like coffee, but i thought the taste of the coffee overpowered the chocolate flavor in these. also-- not sure what i did, but my cheesecake layer sunk! i didn't have swirls on top, i ended up with a cheesecake layer in the middle though. the cheesecake part…

yum. i'm always looking for recipes and would love to participate. thanks!

i need to take pics soon, but, i'm 5 ft 3 and i started out at 147 this August. I am currently 128 with three pounds to lose until i hit my goal weight. That's between the low and middle level of the healthy weight range for 5 ft 3 and i just sort of arbitrarily picked it because it's a nice round number. i could…

these breakfast cookies are really good and freeze well, so you can make a batch and then quickly microwave one to defrost it in the am. they're also easy to make and take less than 30 minutes start to finish to do a batch. http://www.momables.com/oatmeal-breakfast-cookie/

holy cow-- awesome! what a difference that one week made!

i didn't read all the responses, so maybe i missed this. but how do you calculate your percentage of body fat?
