I was in the same boat! The hardest thing for me is just sticking with it. I wanted results immediately and that didn't happen (shocking, right?). The heavier you are, the more calories you'll burn as well. So if you weigh 150 you're running 2 hours at 6 mph, you would burn significantly less than someone who is 250 doing the same.

I didn't really start to see results until my second or third week (and I had about 60 to drop, so I thought it'd be easy at first!). Just stick with it... things will start to change!

It varies depending on how much time I have during the day. I'll do between 25 and110 minutes 4 to 6 times a week. That includes stair stepper, elliptical, and/or running. Whatever you do though, you'll be lapping everyone on the couch!

Just hit 100 days today on MFP! I've lost 21.6 lb so far.
