The best date I have ever been on was one that I planned. The plan was to go out to eat and then go to this outdoor arts festival. We ended up talking at the restaurant for 4 1/2 hrs. Even though we didn't really do anything, it was really great. We are going on our 3rd date this saturday. :)

I agree, try not eliminating food types completely. Just eat smaller portion sizes. I tried the whole, I won't eat that or won't eat this and what would happen is I would do great for a couple days but I would always end up giving in to the cravings. What has worked for me is over time elminating certain types of foods…
